Or, if you are a multi-national corporation and use one of my digital fine art downloads in a print ad campaign that is featured in 100,000 magazines, simply pay me what you feel the use of the image in your ad campaign was worth.

Karma.

Just use it, be yourself, and if you want to, make money with it, do pay me, what you, the company or corporation you work for, or the organization you are involved in, can.

3. Legalities

HandmadeCloud reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Prices of all services are subject to change at anytime.

HandmadeCloud shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change,
suspension or discontinuance of the service.

HanmadeCloud reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and to refund your payment and terminate your account in the sole discretion of HandmadeCloud.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HandmadeCloud and its officers, employees, shareholders, directors and suppliers against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any Image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image.
